J%C3%B3zef Czyrek

Jzef Czyrek was a Polish politician who served as the minister of foreign affairs of the Peoples Republic of Poland from 1980 to 1982.

Czyrek was born in Biaobrzegi, in the Lww Voivodeship of Poland, in 1928. He graduated with a bachelors degree in economics from Jagiellonian University in 1950.
